The guest house was honoured to be presented with an award for outstanding contribution to the leisure and tourism industry in Thanet, by Thanet District Council. The best accolade yet is The Environment Agency Water efficiency awards 2007 prize for Outstanding Contribution to Water Conservation. The guest house won the category for leisure and tourism, plus scooped the overall winners award. We are very keen to promote and encourage wise use of water and energy here at the Malvern Hotel, whilst ensuring our guests have a pleasant stay.
