A well run pleasant site a warm wellcome by the owner told us where every thing was even walked us to our pitch. We had the corner pitch which was plenty of room for our tent & kizzbo, will be returning in the near future πŸ–’

Our Stay At Myrtle Farm
Great location, what a sun trap, spotlessly clean facilities, couldn’t wish for a more helpful couple, Mark and Diane who own Myrtle Farm helped us out immensely having broken down, we will be visiting again and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area. 10 out of 10

Stayed At 2018 July
Excellent site ,very well kept, the owners were very friendly and professional. The shower and toilet facilities although small were very clean. Would definitely stay again. They have really thought about campers needs and provided toasters fridge freezer and a microwave in the pot wash area.

Toilet block a little snug but it was spotlessly clean. Goodluck for the future expansion.

Stayed 3 nights at Myrtle and the owners Mark and Diane couldn't have been more helpful. Is a small field where tents and caravans pitch around the outside and they leave the middle of the field for children to play which is a great idea. The pitches are flat and the showers / toilets and kitchen area are extremely clean. The toilet and shower block are a bit on the small side but they are looking to expand these from September. otherwise a great place to stay and near to the M5. to continue your journey. You can hear some traffic noise but not a lot.

Fabulous little site lovely and clean and pitches are immaculate ...... loos and shower a tad on the small side but again immaculate and ample for a site of this size. Totally loved its location and we had the best weather .... the lady who ran it was really nice and enjoyed a tipple of Palma Violet gin with us ..... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED site πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

Short Stay
Perfect location for an overnight stop, so close to the M5, but very peaceful. The site is small and immaculately kept. Only criticism is the tiny toilet/shower facilities, which really need to be enlarged!

All Good
Nice pleasant spot. Well kept and clean and tidy. Good facilities also clean and tidy. Would have been 5 stars except the toilet and shower block is small and cramped. As I understand it there is planning permission awaiting to alter that so hopefully will be sorted by the time of my next visit.

Touring Caravan Holiday
The site owners: Diane was very pleasant, efficient and helpful.

Access to the site from the motorway: Easy. A short stretch on country lanes.

The site: A flat, quiet site, in a pretty, rural setting.

The facilities: The tiny toilet and shower block was immaculately clean, and functioned well, but was a little cramped, and would probably be busy at certain periods. The little washing up hut, with a kettle, microwave etc was a useful area.

Cost: Good value for money.

Would I use the site again: Definitely.

Campervan With Awning And Dog
Stayed here for 2 nights in August 16. Was greeted on arrival and given information regarding site and surrounding area (which came in very handy as ordered Indian takeaway and it was delivered to our camper!!!) was shown to our pitch which was huge as we booked x large pitch. Quiet site . The site kept very clean. Toilets and shower very clean and plenty hot water. Field next to camp field for dog exercise which was great. We used this site as a base for seeing our daughter who lives in Bristol so was ideal as we attended the balloon fiesta to which was amazing.

Would recommend this site and will be staying here again most definitely.

Distance 3.04 miles (4.86 km)
There can be few more historic places to test your handicap than at the long-established Worlebury Golf Club, near Weston super Mare. It was founded in 1908 by Henry Butt, a local philanthropist, with a group of like minded prominent businessmen, initially for their own enjoyment. This traditional parkland course offers all the challenges of golf in a hilly terrain - with an excellent mix of holes providing a stiff challenge to both low and high handicappers, under the watchful eye of club professional Gary Marks, club captain Martin Ford and club secretary Mike Wake.

With nearly 200 years of experience of welcoming holiday makers, its small wonder Weston remains as much of a magnet for visitors, as it always has. Weston boasts a beautiful promenade, stretching for 1 1/4 miles along the sandy beach. Break your walk by visiting Sea Life Centre, Grand Pier and Marine Lake (boating and paddling). There is a host of great places to visit within easy reach such as Cheddar Caves, Wookey Hole and the historic towns of Wells, Glastonbury and Bath. Weston is only 25 minutes drive from Bristol International Airport.

Weston-Super-Mare Golf Club - Weston-Super-Mare - Golf

Distance 4.05 miles (6.47 km)
Our Course, which was officially opened on the 24th September 1892, is unusual. It is by the seaside, but is not truly a seaside links in the sense that dunes do not form part of the challenge but are rather the seaward boundary of the course. There are few trees on the course, more likely large shrubs. The overall impression is of wide horizons and masses of sky. In summer the greens are fast and true, the fairways tight and the rough punishing. In winter the course is rarely closed and is always played off real tees, just occasionally, depending on the weather, it may be necessary to use temporary greens but this is no more than a few days each year.
